Reason for this role

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer with a strong business sense to be the driving force behind our customers' technical success. Your journey with a customer starts before they sign a contract; you are the technical expert who engages with prospects to understand their challenges, architect a compelling solution, and win their trust to secure the sale.

From there, you own the vital technical relationship that guides them from that initial validation to their first successful implementation, ensuring they achieve their business goals with our platform.

What will you do?

• Partner with sales to lead technical discovery, diving deep into prospect and customer requirements to architect and demonstrate solutions that solve their most pressing challenges.

• Design and lead technical validation, from rapid, hands-on prototyping to formal Proof of Concept projects, to prove the value and feasibility of the Robovision platform.

• Take the lead on technical implementation and onboarding for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition to an operational solution.

• Work with system integrators and other partners to architect and implement customer solutions.

• Act as the bridge between our customers and internal teams, translating field feedback into actionable insights that directly influence our product roadmap.

Who are you?

• You are driven by customer success; you're not satisfied until the solution is implemented and delivering tangible value.

• You're technically credible and commercially savvy, able to connect complex AI solutions to business outcomes and guide prospects through a successful technical evaluation.

• You have a strong, hands-on technical foundation in the AI/ML development lifecycle and practical knowledge of computer vision principles and frameworks.

• Your background in IT, engineering, or data science provides the foundation to tackle real-world deployment. You understand not just APIs and cloud services, but also the complexities of data integration, MLOps, and deploying models on edge devices.

• You own challenges from start to finish and thrive on solving complex problems.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role like Presales Engineer, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineering.

• You're open to occasional international travel and hold a driver's license.
