ESG at Robovision: Not Just Words on a Webpage

At Robovision, environmental and social responsibility is embedded in how we build, how we operate, and how we plan for the future. Our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments are rooted in accountability—both to the systems we design and to the people affected by them.

Our ESG Commitments

ESG is a requirement—by regulation, by investment partners, by our employees, and by the times we live in. At Robovision, these forces align with what we already believe: that AI should serve society, not sidestep it.

What shapes our approach

Company Standards

ESG is built into how we operate—from product decisions to hiring practices.

Investor Agreements

Our work with impact investors includes formal ESG obligations.

Regulatory Compliance

As a European company, we meet EU standards, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

Client Alignment

We support our partners’ ESG goals with practical tools and transparent data.

Team Expectations

Our employees expect a workplace that reflects ethical leadership and action.

The Robovision ESG Roadmap

To avoid touting ESG in name only, Robovision built a roadmap with structure, timelines, and accountability measures. These include:

  • Governance: A cross-functional ESG steering group to guide implementation.
  • Ethics Charter: A framework that defines what we will—and will not—work on.
  • Impact Review: Tools to assess the environmental and social impact of our AI solutions.
  • B Corp Certification: A formal assessment of our performance in areas that matter.
  • Policy Development: Standards covering conduct, inclusion, data use, and digital security.
  • Carbon Analysis: Measurement of emissions and energy use across our value chain.

Robovision Ethics Charter

AI doesn't operate in a vacuum—nor should the decisions behind it. The Ethics Charter was created to provide clear guardrails for how we apply our technology. It helps us assess not just what can be built, but what should be built.

By categorizing projects based on their potential societal impact, we make sure our work reflects our values and serves a broader public interest. As the cornerstone of our ESG commitment, the Robovision Ethics Charter categorizes activities based on their ethical implications. Every project we consider is run through a values-based filter:

  • Whitelisted: Clearly aligned with social or environmental benefit.
  • Grey-listed: Sensitive areas requiring review by our Ethics Board & Impact Committee.
  • Blacklisted: Use cases that do not meet our ethical criteria are declined—no exceptions.

ESG Governance and Processes

Good intentions mean little without structure. Our governance model ensures ESG principles are applied across day-to-day decisions, with clear policies, oversight, and accountability built in. We can ensure ESG commitments are integrated into daily operations through:

  • Code of Conduct: Applies to everyone we work with—internally and externally.
  • Stakeholder Standards: We ask our suppliers and clients to meet ethical thresholds, too.
  • Issue Reporting: Clear channels for raising concerns and acting on them promptly.

Impact Analysis

Robovision is actively developing methods to quantify the real-world impact of our work, including:

  • Materiality Reviews: Identifying which ESG factors matter most, based on our technology and its use.
  • Impact Scoring: Measuring outcomes on key environmental and social indicators.
  • ARR-Weighted Metrics: Linking impact scoring to the scale of deployed solutions, not just intentions.

Looking Ahead

This year, Robovision is focused on applying ESG benchmarks across every product line, gathering input from partners, and building the internal culture that makes this work last. Our next steps include formal stakeholder consultations, internal training, and a renewed ESG communications platform—built not for marketing, but for clarity.
