Your role

We are looking for an hyper-organized, proactive, and energetic Sales Operations to be the strategic right-hand to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You won't just be running reports; you'll be the architect of our sales engine's efficiency and partner enablement organization, the guardian of our data integrity, and the central nervous system connecting our entire Go-To-Market (GTM) team.

Job Requirements

Profile

  • Mainly operating from HQ office in Ghent.

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English. French and German are a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong experience in sales operations, inside sales operations.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Hubspot) and Google apps.

  • Prior experience with partner management or channel coordination is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Data Operations

  • Act as the primary steward for the sales team's use of Hubspot, championing best practices and monitoring data quality.

  • Coordinate all sales order processing and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.

  • Follow-up on sales to ensure timely preparation of monthly forecasts through accurate data in the CRM system.

  • Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize sales and partner operations.

Sales Enablement and Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service on joint partner initiatives.

  • Prepare and distribute sales- and partnership-related documents (agreements, status reports, etc.).

  • Support the sales team with logistics, scheduling, and other supporting activities.

Marketing Alignment

  • Marketing collaboration to manage the entire lead lifecycle, from initial qualification and routing to final close. 

  • GTM Reporting & KPI Management: single, trusted, data-driven view of GTM performance for the entire organization.

  • GTM Process & Automation Improvement: connect marketing campaigns to sales execution. 

Partner Operations & Management

  • Manage onboarding and ongoing support for partners, including NDAs, contracting, and organizing training sessions.

  • Liaise between the sales team and partners to ensure effective information flow and operational alignment.

  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance and contribute insights for business reviews.

  • Respond to partner inquiries via phone, email, and CRM, and resolve issues.
