Job Requirements

What will you do?

  • Focus on one industry. You become the face of Robovision for that vertical: evangelizing vision AI, attending trade shows, knowing every big player by first name.

  • Own a number. You carry a quota and treat it like your personal start-up inside Robovision.

  • Hunt first, farm second. Most of your week is spent opening new doors. You’ll also grow a handful of existing accounts, but only the ones with real upside.

  • Sell by solving. You lead with questions, not slide decks. If our platform isn’t right, you say so and point the prospect to a partner who is.

  • Shape the roadmap. Spot a pattern in customer pain? You have the mandate to ask questions from product, marketing, and engineering.

  • Guard the “revenue test.” Every activity you engage in should pass one filter: Will this move the revenue needle?

  • Work as a squad. Your day-to-day crew is a presales engineer, a contracting pro, a product manager, and a marketing lead. Together you chase, close, onboard, and expand.


Who are you? 

  • Creative generalist. You don’t need a PhD in computer vision, but you can explain how a neural net outperforms rule-based vision on a napkin.

  • Consultative seller. You listen in order to discover the prospect’s real blockers, then craft an offer that actually fixes those.

  • Quota-comfortable. Numbers motivate you, not scare you.

  • You are at home in your vertical. Whether it’s food processing, logistics, or heavy industry, you master its economics and lingo.

  • Self-directed. No micromanagement here; you plan your own attack and ask for help when you need it.

  • Ethical compass. “Sell anyway” isn’t in your vocabulary. Long-term trust beats a short-term deal every time.
