This is not a typical "ad management" role. We are looking for a strategic partner to take ownership of our paid media channels and turn them into a predictable source of high quality pipeline. You will be a critical part of a lean, agile marketing team, working directly with the Head of Marketing and the Demand Generation Lead to execute and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business impact.

Job Requirements

What you'll do

  • Own the paid media engine: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across all relevant channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

  • Develop and execute our SEO strategy: Use tools like Ahrefs to conduct keyword research, identify content gaps, and implement on-page and technical SEO improvements to scale our organic growth.

  • Optimize website performance: Continuously analyze and improve our website's performance for both search engines and users, with a focus on SEO, SERP visibility, and the emerging field of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

  • Drive for pipeline, not just clicks: Structure campaigns to attract our specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and optimize for high quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and sales opportunities, not just vanity metrics.

  • Analyze & report on performance: Build and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics, including CPL, CPMQL, and channel ROI. Provide regular, data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate on strategy: Work closely with the demand generation and content teams to ensure our paid campaigns are perfectly aligned with our Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Test & iterate: Continuously run A/B tests on ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.

Who are you

  • Deep channel expertise: You are a hands-on expert in managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Experience with other channels is a plus.

  • Proven SEO/GEO experience: You have a demonstrated ability to grow organic traffic through strategic keyword targeting, content optimization, and technical SEO/GEO.

  • Data-driven & analytical: You are highly proficient with Google Analytics and have deep experience working within a CRM/Marketing Automation platform (we use HubSpot). You live and breathe data and use it to make informed decisions.

  • AI-driven mindset: You are accustomed to using AI tools to automate campaign setup, optimize bidding strategies, and generate performance insights to maximize your throughput and impact.

  • Strategic mindset: You understand the full marketing funnel and can think strategically about how to use paid media to support broader marketing objectives like ABM and content distribution.

  • Excellent communicator & collaborator: You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and partnering with a cross-functional team.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Direct experience marketing a complex, high-ACV (Annual Contract Value) B2B SaaS or technology product.
