The Solution Delivery department is responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining state of the art AI solutions to our partners and B2B clients.

A solution is built up by the following building blocks:

  • Standard Robovision platform applications
  • (Re)trainable AI modules that perform analysis and provide feedback on ongoing basis
  • Software customization and integration
  • Optical (cameras, lighting) and computational (edge devices, servers, cloud) IT infrastructure.


What will you do? 

As an experienced Solution Delivery manager in one of our solution teams, you are responsible to

  • Manage complex solution (co)creation tracks from first customer contact to solution readiness for operations and scaling.

  • Manage maintenance, support and further evolution of successful solutions that were designed and developed by the solution team as they scale in the market.

  • Coach and lead your solution team to continuously improve team effectiveness.

From idea to roll out, and across the lifecycle, the Solution Delivery manager lead will ensure that the needs of the customers and users are well-translated into the solution capabilities and characteristics.


  • Coordinate team resources, other involved teams and third parties/vendors in the delivery of projects and solutions

  • Act as facilitator of agile practices and routines in the solution team.

  • Translate contracts into solution development or change roadmaps with clear and concise stage gates or intermediate milestones.

  • Govern and manage risks and issues related to your solutions. Be able to identify and understand technical challenges and risks and involve the right stakeholders to solve or mitigate technical risks or problems.

  • Continuously govern and manage project team capacity, planning, budget, scope, quality and dependencies.

  • Ensure the solutions meet internal quality standards to enable efficient and effective solution lifecycle management on solution portfolio level.

  • Identify, monitor and manage achievement of key success criteria, with a focus on partner, customer and user value creation.

  • Report on your projects and solutions to relevant internal and external management stakeholders.

  • Support the sales departments with regard to analysis and interpretation of solution requirements, product FIT/GAP analysis, cost or budget estimates and other related information needed for internal opportunity qualification, deal specification and contracting.

  • Manage the composition of your solution team to be able to deliver projects and solution related services within the set boundaries of priority, capacity and budget.

  • Actively coach team members in their personal development trajectories to enable individual and team growth.

  • Govern and manage the application of internal operating guidelines, policies and procedures.

  • Provide feedback to enable improvement of internal processes and optimisation of corporate procedures.



Job Requirements

Who are you? 

  • University Master's degree or similar based upon experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, managing multiple complex projects in parallel, with a focus on delivery to external customers

  • Tech savviness and curiosity is a must!

  • Fluent knowledge of English.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Organised and eye for detail.

  • You are a real team player, and like to collaborate in and across teams.

  • Experience in leading teams and coaching of individuals

  • Solid stakeholder management skills (including externally with customers, suppliers,...)

  • Applied experience with Agile principles and practices

  • Strong analytical skills. You are able to translate business expectations and requirements into delivery plans.

  • You have the ability to abstract and structure complex problems and assignments into clear and action plans or decision points, and to identify and communicate the relevant information in the appropriate format to both technical and non technical stakeholders to acquire needed answers and decisions.

  • Excellent resource planning and task identification and scheduling skills

  • Experience in IT environments built around image based computer vision and AI use cases and challenges is a strong plus

  • A holistic understanding about computer vision and image based AI technology and modern machine and/or IT system architecture principles and practices is a strong plus.

  • Experience with IT service management practices is a plus

  • Experience with quality management practices is a plus

  • You do not mind taking short trips to partners or customers abroad.
