How You’ll Help Us Steal the Show

• Take charge by assisting in the detailed planning and coordination of exhibitions, conferences, and webinars that we attend and host - from start to finish.

• Develop and organize event materials like promotional content, presentations, and branded goodies.

• Be our go-to coordination ninja: manage vendors, coordinate travel and accommodation logistics, and ensure our team and booth are prepped and ready to shine.

• Stay on top of administrative tasks like data entry, maintaining timelines, and post-event reporting.

Are You the One?

• You’re a student pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or something similar.

• You’re obsessed with details — nothing escapes your sharp planning skills.

• You’re a natural multitasker, able to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

• You’ve got a passion for tech and a curiosity about AI and automation.

• You’re great at communicating and working in English.

• Based in or near Gent, Belgium (preferred), you’re ready to jump into the role with energy and enthusiasm.
