One grading application for every customer's harvest. No return visits.

Upgrade your machinery with AI vision intelligence

Maintain machine accuracy across your installed base, without your engineers constantly adjusting recipes. The Robovision Platform adapts as harvests, varieties, ingredients, and seasons change.

Putting your customers in control

Teun Keusters
Product manager at QING Food Automation

“It used to be, ‘We need you to change it.’ Customers relied on us for every adjustment. Now it’s ‘How can we change it ourselves?’ because they have the tools to adapt the system more independently.”

Differentiate with a vision intelligence software suite

An OEM using classical machine vision could once solve most inspection challenges with the right optics and rules. Not anymore. Food customers now expect reliable inspection of defects that are subtle, inconsistent, irregular, and context-dependent. The kind of variability rule-based systems were never built to handle.

Robovision enables you to integrate production-ready vision AI into your machinery, and deliver it as part of your own offering.

Ship under your own brand, enter a new market.

Vision hardware is easy to match. A governed grading application isn't. The Robovision Platform runs behind your interface, strengthening the customer relationship while adding a software margin beyond the hardware sale.

One application built for customer variability.

Your installed base performs across different raw materials, suppliers, recipes, and operating conditions. The Robovision Platform adapts from a handful of new images, so customers can retrain it themselves without on-site support from your engineers.

Governed for production, not just the demo.

Every deployed version is tracked. Every change is traceable, and any previous release is just one rollback away. Proven across 1,000+ machines and more than a decade in production, Robovision is built to protect OEE at scale.

Your data, your IP.

Unlike many vision AI vendors, Robovision never uses your production data to train algorithms for other customers. Nothing is pooled or shared. Models trained on your data stay governed by you. Your data remains yours, and so does the intelligence you build.

Peach grading at production scale

See how QING integrated Robovision into an automated quality control system that grades and sorts more than 1,000 peaches per minute, while giving food producers the ability to maintain AI models themselves.

Show your customers the true cost of fixed inspection

Build the business case with your customer's operations, quality, or finance lead using their own production numbers instead of industry benchmarks. Get a line-item view of what fixed inspection is costing them today, and what governed AI grading with Indurion Suite could recover.

FAQs

Yes. Every uncertain grading decision is flagged and logged, creating a record of what your machine saw and decided. Release authority remains with your customer's line systems. The Robovision Platform never releases product on its own, regardless of which machine it is embedded in.

Our solution does not replace your engineers or their authority over how a machine grades, your team still defines the grading logic and operating parameters. What changes is the volume of manual retuning per customer or per season. The model handles repeatable grading decisions and flags only uncertain cases for human review.

No. Your customer's operators can do it directly through the machine's interface using a handful of labelled images. It does not require a full retraining campaign. Nor does it need a service call or an engineer site visit every time conditions change.

The Robovision Platform is hardware-agnostic from the ground up. It supports standard industrial communication protocols and runs on x86/64 architecture. If your hardware meets the installation and performance requirements, there is no need to replace it.

Every prediction is logged with the model version and supporting data, with full lineage back to the data each deployed model was trained on. If a past decision needs review, your customer is working from a complete record, not a reconstruction. One you can stand behind as the equipment builder.
