Robovision helps our partner, a manufacturing solution provider, to automate the final inspection phase of the PCB board manufacturing process. Using cameras enhanced with our Robovision platform, we provided an AI model that can verify whether all the parts are present and whether they are assembled correctly.

Reduce human errors

This new way of working mostly eliminates the need for manual inspection, resulting in fewer human errors. Moreover, it’s no longer necessary to ship the boards to low-cost labour markets for final checks. The AI-based system we built can work around the clock without getting tired or being prone to mistakes.
