Quality control is vision-based. As long as you can visualise the product or material, you can use our system to train and deploy your own AI driven quality control.
Robovision is perfect for textiles, apples, PCBS, silicon wafers and anything else requiring production facilities. The only tool that will be different is the type of camera you use. For example, apples need hyperspectral cameras but you’ll want a more high-end, high resolution device for checking the quality of wafers. The internals of the Robovision AI solution remain the same.
To add process and quality control through AI, you don’t need a lot of data. You only need to provide images of products that meet quality standards, anything else is an exception and is flagged for personnel by the Robovision system. One key advantage to using AI driven vision systems for quality control is that it can be done with unsupervised learning, a faster training method.
