Boost digital pathology flow in life sciences
The Robovision AI Platform combined with digital pathology can optimise your workflow and maximise efficiency. Automate tedious tasks to increase throughput and standardise results by removing inter-operator variability.
Join the digital microscopy revolution
Leading diagnostic labs and life science organisations can revolutionise the diagnosis process in pathology with Robovision. By integrating AI into whole-slide imaging (WSI), digital pathology labs can process images and slides more quickly and accurately.
Faster turnaround times
AI can make the diagnosis process faster yet accurate, which lead to more time saved. You can focus on planning better treatment and doing more research related to the illness.
Less tedious tasks
AI can assist pathologists in streamlining their workflow. Use AI in routine practice to increase the accuracy and reduce tedious tasks. Gain more focus and time to concentrate on outcomes.
Standardised results
100,000 samples to analyse in a day? Robovision AI combines the insights of different pathologists to help you arrive at the right conclusion and achieve consistent results. Every time.
Build your AI assistant in no time
Digital pathology is a wide field that uses a variety of different staining techniques on very diverse tissue samples. This requires the development of specific deep-learning models that can slow down innovations. With Robovision, you can co-create a full custom pipeline quickly in a simple step-by-step process.
Use Case
Higher efficiencies with computational pathology in KI-67 staining analysis of ovarian cancer
KI-67 is a common staining technique for the observation of cell proliferation to detect carcinogenesis. It’s used in all cancer diagnostics to measure the number of cancer cells that are present. We bring an 8-hour tedious calculation to an automatic quantification in a matter of minutes.
Virtual microscopy images are typically very large with only small cells that are interesting to pathologists. This makes the clustering and counting process of cells a tedious and time consuming job. Our goal is to quickly determine the size of different cell clusters and check if the clusters are potentially cancerous.
In order to translate these large images into useful information for pathologists, our data scientists need their input to correctly identify and classify cells and cell clusters. Robovision can then use this to create a powerful Robovision AI asset using state-of-the-art computer vision techniques that can be deployed in a medical context.
Once the Robovision AI application completes this tedious task, pathologists then receive a full report about the input sample. This provides them with all the information they need to quickly determine the next steps.
